Chanticlear Pizza always starts with fresh dough made daily in our Anoka restaurant. It’s allowed to slowly and naturally rise. We never freeze it or truck it in from a factory, like many national chains. Our crispy thin crust comes from dough properly handled and stone baked to perfection. The same is true for all our crust types.
Next, our chefs add Chanticlear’s secret recipe pizza sauce made from all-natural ingredients, including fresh California tomatoes. We never add sugar to our pizza sauce. It’s packed from tomatoes that have reached vine-ripened perfection so we can capture their sweet garden-fresh flavor.
